CHANGES IN PROGRAM

Please note few changes in the program:

 

There is no registration and reception on Sunday, April 13. The date of registration is moved to Monday, April 14, and will start in the early morning at 08:15.

 

The workshop will end on April 18 at 16:00 because two extra talks of key-note speakers were included in the workshop.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Travel expenses of participants from the eligible countries in the European Union and associated states will be refunded via bank transfer, approximately two weeks time after the conference. For those from the non-EU countries we can arrange the refunding of travel expences in cash in Bonn.

 

Some participants depart on Saturday, April 19. For these, hotel expenses for the extra night will also be covered. Any other extension to your stay can not be covered.

Granted participants should ensure:

 

For the low-cost travel tickets (if in doubt please send to T.Arshakian the paid or expected costs of your travel: mcct-skads@mpifr-bonn.mpg.de).

 

To deliver original invoices and original tickets (if travel by the German tra nsport system: plain, train, bus, etc.) of the trip. The cost of a taxi to/from airports will be covered in exceptional cases, for very early and late departure s/arrivals.

 

To deliver a copy of your passport (or national ID card) recommendation letter and a copy of the PhD diploma or Master's degree - note that your grant is not valid without these documents.
