EXAMINING FFT SPECTROMETER DATA
Examining FFTS data with Class in “astrobone1”
The “FFTS-Specktrometer-Server” provides FFTS data, taken in parallel with the AK90 data, in MBFits format. The conversion takes place in the computer BE1 in the background.
The Server must be started manually by the telescope operator.
The calibrated Class data are written in files named following the format:
/data2/Class/yyyy_mm_dd.class e.g. /data2/Class/2007_01_25.class
The file names change at 1200 UT.
These data can be examined under user obs2 in astrobone1 (see above) with Class:
For example
obs2>class
....
LAS>file in “/data2/Class/2007_01_25.class”
LAS> find /all
etc.
